Josiah Quincy letters and engraved portrait, 1833-1858.

The collection consists of five items: letter to Rev. Dr. Pierce, 6 May 1833, inviting him to the Dudleian Lecture, and tea at his home afterwards; to Mr. Austin, 5 Oct. 1839, asking to see a letter from W. Livermore; to H.K. Thatcher, 26 April 1854, requesting an interview at his house; to John S. Tyler, 3 Dec. 1858, agreeing to an invitation from the Boston Burns Club to honor Robert Burns. Also, engraved portrait of Quincy, dated 1839.
